Earlier this week projects by local artists were selected by a jury through an Open Call.

In line with the interdisciplinary approach of Manifesta, we invited a variety of practitioners to submit proposals for the Open Call which called for alternative ways to respond to the current climate crisis.

The approach of Manifesta 15 weaves local perspectives and histories into the programme, ensuring that the upcoming edition will offer a thorough exploration of the cultural influence of the region.
